Fraunhofer Venture CoLab

Fraunhofer Venture CoLab offers technology-oriented startups structured access to the innovation resources of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. A prerequisite is a clear, technologically demanding need or corresponding solution that fits the profile of a Fraunhofer institute. Startups go through a preparatory CoLab phase with individual workshops, roadmapping, and initial funding before entering the multi-stage AHEAD program. There, they receive support over six months in market validation, product development, and technology transfer. Additionally, the program provides access to experts, IP fast-track procedures, and potential investments through the Fraunhofer Tech Transfer Fund (FTTF).
