XPLORE Market Pioneer

XPLORE Market Pioneer, based in Munich (Germany), is a startup program by UnternehmerTUM designed for startup teams that have already formed and developed a first product idea. The goal is to achieve market readiness and formulate a well-founded strategy for market entry. In an intensive six-week program, teams deepen their market knowledge, validate their business model, develop a robust market entry concept, and define their product positioning. They benefit from expert knowledge, in-depth coaching, and practical reviews.
