The target audience consists of innovative founders, startups, and established companies that want to create new products, processes, and business models through digitalization. Hybrid

innoclub, based in Dortmund, supports cross-sector startups with a modular fellowship program, individually tailored services worth more than €10,000, access to SME and corporate networks, and resources for growth and scaling. The program targets early- to growth-stage startups with disruptive technologies that address economic or societal challenges. Selection and support are continuous, adapted to the startup's maturity level, market environment, and business model. Startups also receive support through matchmaking, cross-mentoring, workshops, and cross-company cooperation offerings. The program is run by a regional consortium focused on the Westphalian Ruhr region.

The center comprises various competence centers specializing in biotechnology, electrical engineering, information technology, and other fields. The target audience includes companies and founders who want to advance innovative technology and business processes. Through targeted knowledge transfer and comprehensive infrastructure, the TZDO creates an attractive environment for startups.
