The Gründungs- und Innovationszentrum (GIZ), based in Oldenburg, offers consulting, coaching, and training during the founding and growth phases for startups. The target group includes employees, students, and scientists from regional universities. The GIZ particularly supports the transformation of research results into business ideas and provides access to networks and potential business partners. The GIZ is the central contact point for startup-interested individuals and promotes an entrepreneurial culture at Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
