About
Empower Now with SEND is a six-month virtual or hybrid incubation program by Impact Hub Berlin for FINTA* founders developing digital solutions to promote participation and equity. A validated proof-of-concept is required, followed by individual masterclasses, 1:1 mentoring, pitch training, and network access with a focus on inclusion. The program also offers a safe(r) space environment with psychological support and visibility in the impact community, all completely without equity dilution. The target group is marginalized founders from the DACH region, including LGBTQIA+, BIPoC, disabled, and neurodivergent individuals who are developing inclusive products or services.
