PROUT AT WORK Foundation is a non-profit initiative based in Munich that actively advocates for equal opportunities and queer inclusion in the workplace through consulting, studies, guidelines, and event formats. It offers sensitization trainings and support for building queer networks within companies to decision-makers and HR professionals. The foundation annually presents awards (including the Queer Network Awards and Top 100 Out Executives) and organizes regional networking events and thematic workshops such as Pride Day and Deep Dives. It works with around 46 partner companies and is funded through cooperations with major employers as well as public grants. It is operated as a German foundation with the participation of well-known corporations.
