Programmkontext
The Human Connector Incubator (HCI) is a structured programme for underrepresented community builders who have an idea to bring people together but lack the infrastructure to make it real. Over 8 months, you get a legal home, facilitation training, peer support, and access to funding. You leave with a running project and a network of people who get what you're building. Because real change happens when the right people are finally given the right support.

Insider-Tipps
- We value people over polished pitches. Tell us about your connection to the community you want to serve and why you're the right person to do it.
- our idea doesn't need to be fully formed. We're looking for clarity on the problem, not a finished solution.
- Show up to one of our events before applying. It helps you understand if HCI is the right fit - and we get to know you too.
