The Human Connector Incubator (HCI) is a structured programme for underrepresented community builders who have an idea to bring people together but lack the infrastructure to make it real. Over 8 months, you get a legal home, facilitation training, peer support, and access to funding. You leave with a running project and a network of people who get what you're building. Because real change happens when the right people are finally given the right support.
