About

ProductTank Berlin So much is changing in the product world. Obviously Generative AI is already having a profound impact. But also several roles and methods of the past are no longer as relevant as they once were, with Agile being a prime example. Increasingly, companies are moving to the Product Operating Model to leverage AI's benefits, which also highlights the need for much stronger product leadership. During this fireside chat, [Marty](https://www.svpg.com/team/marty-cagan/) and [Elias](https://www.linkedin.com/in/lieberich/) will discuss these topics, emphasizing what this means for companies and product people in Germany. **Agenda** 18:00 - Doors open for snacks, drinks, and networking 19:00 - Welcome from organisers 19:10 - Fireside Chat with Marty Cagan and Elias Lieberich 20:10 - Networking 21:30 - Event ends **Please note:** * **Please bring your IDs as you’ll need it when entering the venue.** * The event is RSVP only: to enter, you must RSVP here on Meetup. * We'd like to capture the event with photographs for promotional purposes, such as sharing on LinkedIn after the event.
