Inklupreneur Rheinland

Program Context

Inklupreneur Rheinland in the Düsseldorf/Rhineland region is aimed at startups and grown-ups that want to structurally anchor workplace inclusion of people with disabilities in their organization. Through a self-binding pledge, companies begin a program of up to twelve months comprising workshops, coaching, mentoring, and HR optimization (including disability awareness training and recruiting support). The operational implementation is carried out by found it = e.V., funded by the Rhineland Regional Council (LVR), with the goals of establishing inclusive structures and filling concrete positions. The program offers regional networking and exchange with mentors as well as access to a disability talent pool. The sponsoring body is a non-profit inclusion project in cooperation with the LVR.
