JUNIOR Programme

Program Context

JUNIOR is a nationwide program by IW JUNIOR gGmbH that enables students from 5th grade onwards to found and run a real mini-company for one school year. Participants take on all business functions such as bookkeeping, marketing, sales and distribution, supported by teachers, business mentors and online materials. Regular reflection phases, certificates and participation in state and national competitions promote basic economic understanding, teamwork and personal responsibility. IW JUNIOR provides the legal framework, insurance coverage, comprehensive support and assistance through a Europe-wide network. The organization is IW JUNIOR gGmbH, funded by public and private partners.
