Program Context
JUNIOR is a nationwide program by IW JUNIOR gGmbH that enables students from 5th grade onwards to found and run a real mini-company for one school year. Participants take on all business functions such as bookkeeping, marketing, sales and distribution, supported by teachers, business mentors and online materials.
