Merck Accelerator

Program Context

Merck Accelerator, based in Darmstadt, supports startups in the fields of healthcare, life science, and performance materials with a strong focus on digital perspectives. The program offers a three-month, equity-free funding that includes individual support, coaching from experts within the Merck network, and financial support of approximately 50,000 euros. In addition, selected startups have the opportunity to extend the program at the Merck China Innovation Hub in Shanghai and benefit from international networks and investments. The accelerator takes place in Darmstadt as well as in China and Africa, targeting innovative founders who are offered expertise, network development, and optimization of their business models.
