Benefits German founders miss
The benefits directory is credits, SaaS discounts, and partner offers, including IONOS, Google Cloud, Stripe, and Typeform. The live list we opened had 15 published offers: cloud credits (IONOS up to €100,000, Google Cloud up to $350,000), payments and board credits (Stripe $500, Miro $1,000), and SaaS cuts (Typeform up to 75% off, Dropbox / DocSend up to 90%, Lexware 50% for three months). Event tickets are in the product copy, but the current cards skew toward tools. Claim the ones that replace a paid invoice this quarter. Ignore the rest, and read the partner’s eligibility page before you put any number in a model.
Credits that can replace a card charge
The IONOS card on Haus benefits is the German cloud number: up to €100,000 in credits. Google Cloud’s card is the larger dollar line, up to $350,000. Stripe is $500 in processing credits, and Miro is $1,000. Those lines are months of infrastructure you were otherwise going to put on a personal card, if you actually draw them and if you pass the partner’s checks. Haus is the index, and the partner page is the contract.
Statista “almost for free” is the quieter credit. Access comes through a library card, which is a research budget of zero if your Stadtbibliothek already pays. Founders who buy a full Statista seat from a landing-page coupon are paying extra for a brand they may already reach with that card. Read the eligibility note on the Haus card before you count either Statista or the cloud lines in a runway model. If the partner later changes the cap, the live card should show it.
SaaS discounts and the one rent card
The live list is mostly tagged SaaS Tool. Haus currently shows Agicap at 30% off cash-flow software, Lexware at 50% for the first three months, Typeform at up to 75% off, and stacked Dropbox and DocSend discounts. Streak is three months free on Gmail. Holvi Pro is three months free. Beehiiv is 20% off after a 30-day trial, and NordVPN is up to 72% off. Canva’s 100% off is for nonprofits, which will not cover a GmbH with a pitch deck.
The Delta Campus offer is the one service card: 50% off the first three months in Berlin. That is rent, so it only matters if you are already in the city or about to be. If you are not, skip it. Filter to Service when you want that kind of line item, and leave the SaaS Tool pile for software you already pay for. Two replacements are enough for one quarter.
How to use the directory
Haus groups benefits as Event/Conference, SaaS Tool, Service, Voucher/Credits, Internship/Talent, and Other. Filter once on the benefits page, then shortlist two offers that replace a paid invoice you already have. Do not open an IONOS account because a thread said founders get credits. The current 15 cards skew toward tools, so the Event/Conference filter will look thin until more ticket offers are published. That empty-looking filter is still information.
The page invites submissions, which is how a directory stays closer to live offers than a social thread of expired Stripe codes. If an offer is dead, tell us. If you need tickets more than tools, watch Event/Conference rather than collecting every SaaS cut. The open programs and equity-free hubs are a different product: time and introductions, not invoices. Use benefits for burn you can name this quarter.
