ThEx Frauensache MENT is an 18-month mentoring program specifically for women interested in entrepreneurship in Thuringia, pairing businesswomen from best-practice positions with female founders in tandems. Accompanying programs such as equine-assisted training, Persolog personality analysis, networking workshops, and innovation journeys support personal and entrepreneurial development. Participants meet regularly for matching appointments, sparring sessions, and peer exchanges to sharpen business ideas, strengthen their personalities, and build networks. Participation is free of charge and is aimed at women with residence or founding intentions in Thuringia.
