ThEx Thüringen

Program Context

ThEx – Thuringian Center for Business Start-ups and Entrepreneurship – is a statewide founding network with more than a dozen programs for various target groups, from idea holders to growth-oriented startups. Alongside offerings such as FRAUENSACHE, Wirtschaft 4.0, and the Gründungsprämie, ThEx Innovativ forms the central accelerator for technology-oriented teams in the pre-seed and seed stage. The six-month program combines workshops, individual coaching, and grants with access to investors, industry partners, and pitch events such as the Investor Days Thuringia. For teams with strong development potential, a three-month VC-readiness phase follows for targeted scaling. The program is supported by a consortium of chambers of commerce, universities, and the Free State of Thuringia.
