  1. Where it started

    Before the directory

    Haus began as a space for founder communities. Founders wanted a practical map of support, not another generic network.

    • We started as a community for startup communities. Nearly 1,000 founders joined.
    • The lesson was clear: founders needed programs, rooms, and offers they could actually use.
    • So we stopped building another network and started building the directory.
