Requirements

The program is open to early-stage founders at idea or pre-revenue stage who are motivated to build a venture or non profit initiative, with both economic value and positive impact. Applicants should be ready to actively work on their idea, engage with customers, and commit time to weekly sessions. No prior funding or fully developed product is required. Funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the European Union through ESF Plus as part of “Nachhaltig wirken”.

• Show action, not just ideas We’re not looking for perfect ideas — we’re looking for founders who are already taking steps. Share any early validation, conversations with users, or small experiments you’ve run.
• Be clear on the problem you’re solving A well-defined problem is more important than a polished solution. Clearly explain who you are building for and why this problem matters.
• Be honest about where you are You don’t need to impress us with buzzwords. Be transparent about your stage, challenges, and what you want to learn — this helps us understand how we can best support you.
