Program Context

The Foodlab Accelerator, based in Hamburg, supports startups in the food and beverage sector with a comprehensive program offering networking, coaching, and hands-on experience. Participants can develop and test their business ideas while acquiring foundational knowledge in areas such as business planning, costing, law, HR, marketing, and procurement through six-month workshops. Additionally, the program offers access to an extensive network platform with gastronomy partners, the opportunity for an internship at a selected business, and the chance to open a pop-up restaurant in the Foodlab.
