The Hardtech Innovation Accelerator is Berlin's only 100% hardtech-focused program for founders building physical products - robotics, IoT, advanced materials, industrial hardware or quantum tech. Over 9 months, startups receive up to €200K in non-dilutive funding, 24/7 access to prototyping infrastructure across two Berlin campuses, strategic business support and direct introductions to DeepTech Investors. No equity taken. Founders keep 100% ownership.

Requirements

- Building a hardware product at its core: robotics, IoT, materials, energy, mobility, quantum, med/biotech - Early stage: first idea, research project, or early prototype - Team of 2-4 (mixed teams encouraged) - Berlin-based or committed to relocating - If already registered: company ≤ 3 months old - Not eligible: pure software, defence, fossil/nuclear energy, gambling
