T!Raum – transPORT

Program Context

T!Raum – transPORT is a nine-month initiative at the Magdeburg Science Harbor (Wissenschaftshafen) to promote technology transfer within the medical technology cluster. The project integrates laboratories and startups at the STIMULATE research campus, connecting research with businesses to develop medical innovations and transfer them into pilot projects. It combines physical and digital infrastructure — including a "Digital Twin" — and offers founding consulting as well as technology scouting for the market launch of new solutions. The goal is to build a regional ecosystem comprising science, business, housing, and culture (4W) with nationwide appeal. The initiative is funded under the BMBF program line T!Raum – TransferRäume für die Zukunft von Regionen.
