Program Context

ThEx – Thuringian Center for Business Start-ups and Entrepreneurship in Jena offers innovative founding consultancy and support for technology-oriented startups in Thuringia through funding programs such as the Gründungsprämie (monthly grant of €2,500–€3,500 for up to 12 months) as well as the TRIP Accelerator. TRIP accelerates startups over six months with coaching, workshops, a prototype budget, and an optional three-month finale focused on VC-readiness and pitching at the Investor Days Thuringia. The programs are modularly aligned to maturity level and business model, and provide access to investors, SME and corporate networks. Support covers business model development, financing preparation, and scaling.
